First Gramsabha for Leverage with Madhukhant Foundation gets amazing response!

“Madhuvan Seva Sankul” is the brainchild of Mr. Kirit Shah ( Founder – Madhukant Foundation) envisioned for the overall development of “Sadra” and surrounding villages. Since least 10 years he is involved in many activities for village development thru his “Janhit Foundation” and realized he’s responsibility doesn’t end at “Janhit Foundation” only, he should set up a base for the people who wants to do something for the village and this lead to the dream of one-of-its-kind “Madhuvan Seva Sankul”. We are very happy to have Mr. Kirit Shah on board of ”Leverage” to unleash the RuralShakti.

An example of proactive young rural leader – Hitesh Patel, Kharana Village
We’ve visited many villages and met many people in the process of identifying the village for the initial set up of “Leverage – Rural BPO”. During the process, we were deeply moved by Mr. Hitesh Patel, 23 years, resident of “Kharana” village, near Gandhinagar. Once we were discussing about ‘Leverage project’ with the manager of SBI, Gandhinagar branch. Hitesh, sitting right behind us, heard some words like village development, employment and ruralshakti. He got interested in our conversation, and after our meeting with the manager, he came to us and asked about our work and company. And told us, “I … Continue reading

How the desire for connectivity can start a new market in itself, how the shift of credential based system to skill based system is taking place, the new concept of micro-internationals, creating value for domestic as well as global markets, and the idea of Inclusive growth. He gave the best examples of … Continue reading
Foundation for ‘Leverage’ to be laid on Gandhi Jayanti, 2nd Oct 2010!

It gives us immense pleasure to inform you about our 1st model setup for ‘Leverage – Outsourcing for Rural Empowerment’ will be in Sadra Village, Gandhnagar. We wouldn’t have found the better time to start the ‘Leverage’ revolution other than the Gandhi Jayanti, 2nd Oct 2010. Gandhiji is our inspiration as he pioneered the use and adoption of khadi ( Homespun Cloth) with the use of ‘Charkha’ to symbolize the “Employment Generation” for local people. It is with the same vision of providing more employment opportunities to rural people we would be laying the foundation of “Leverage” on the auspicious … Continue reading
