• Our work for SweetlyDesigns in the Dang District is being included as Case study by Forest Department for sustainable livelihoods which was presented to JICA, Japanese organization which funds Forest Department to build Self-Help Groups in Gujarat. As of now we work with 5 villages in Dang district providing employment to 15 rural women. Our aim is to employ 500 rural people by the end of 2012.

As part of our RuralShakti mission, we've recently started the digital training center in Tajpore village, near Bardoli town. Sonal Konkani and Rahul Konkani are leading all RuralShakit initiatives in Tajpore village.

RuralShakti initiatives aim to generate employment opportunities for local talent and educated youths, reduce rural-urban migration, and improve quality of life in semi urban areas by empowerment through technology, customized training methodology and innovative business models that are scalable and replicable in other parts of rural India.
